Henrik Westermark is responsible for the Scandinavian jurisdictions at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law. His research interests are broad and relate, principally, to the areas of Administrative Law, Family Law and EU Law.

Prior to joining the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law in 2013, he worked at Setterwalls law firm in Stockholm. He has also worked at the Administrative Court in Stockholm, the European Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority.  He graduated from Lund University in 2008 and holds an LL.M. in International and European Economic and Commercial Law from the University of Lausanne.
