Die Partnerinnen und Partner von Homburger freuen sich mitzuteilen, dass sie Roman Baechler auf den 1. Januar 2019 als Partner in die Kanzlei aufgenommen haben.
Roman Baechler schloss sein Rechtsstudium an der Universität Zürich ab, wo er später auch den Doktortitel erwarb. Nachdem er das Anwaltspatent erlangt hatte, trat er 2010 als Mitarbeiter bei Homburger ein. Im Jahr 2014 erwarb er zudem einen Master of Laws (LL.M.) an der Columbia Law School. Er führt vorwiegend nationale und internationale Zivilprozesse.
