Iliana advises on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, growth equity financings, late-stage investments as well as capital markets and public takeover matters. She regularly represents strategic and financial investors and supports companies and shareholders throughout the corporate lifecycle, with a focus on growth and exit transactions.
Matthias specialises in financial services law and regulation, including anti-money laundering compliance. He advises financial institutions and service providers on financial instruments and services, with a strong focus on asset management and collective investment schemes and assists clients in obtaining FINMA and other regulatory licences.
