Ingo ist Chief Technology Officer (CTO) der Weblaw AG. In dieser Rolle verantwortet er die technologische Strategie, Softwarearchitektur und KI-Produktentwicklung über die digitalen Legal-Tech-Produkte und internen Technologieinitiativen des Unternehmens hinweg.

Seine Arbeit konzentriert sich darauf, KI, Natural Language Processing und moderne Softwareentwicklung in praxistaugliche, zuverlässige Werkzeuge für die Rechtsbranche zu übersetzen. Dazu gehören LLM-gestützte juristische Recherche, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Entwurfsassistenz, Klauselanalyse, Metadatenextraktion, Dokumentenautomatisierung und Workflowsysteme für Juristinnen und Juristen, Verlage und Institutionen.

Mit einem Doktortitel im Bereich Legal AI von der TU München und über zehn Jahren Erfahrung in Forschung, Start-ups und Enterprise-Software verbindet Ingo tiefe technische Expertise mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für die Anforderungen juristischer Arbeitsprozesse. Sein Fokus liegt auf Systemen, die nicht nur technologisch fortschrittlich, sondern auch erklärbar, wartbar, sicher und im juristischen Alltag tatsächlich nutzbar sind.

Vor seiner Ernennung zum CTO war Ingo Tech Lead für Weblaw Deutschland und Lawdocs. Dort leitete er die Entwicklung LLM-gestützter Legal-Tech-Anwendungen, darunter RAG-basierte juristische Suche und Entwurfsassistenten. Zudem arbeitete er als Senior Software Engineer an Lawdocs und Lawsearch AI und entwickelte KI-Module für Klauselerkennung, Definitionserkennung und Legal Knowledge Retrieval.

Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei der Weblaw AG war Ingo Mitgründer der Hephaistos Software GmbH, wo er die Entwicklung eines KI-gestützten Word-Add-ins für M&A-Anwälte im Bereich Share Purchase Agreements leitete.

Sein Ziel ist es, die nächste Generation der Legal Technology bei Weblaw mitzugestalten: durch die Verbindung von juristischer Expertise, hochwertigen Daten, moderner KI und solider Softwareentwicklung, um juristische Arbeit effizienter, transparenter und zuverlässiger zu machen.
