Konstantinos Papachristou-Dimitras is an Attorney-at-Law based in Thessaloniki and a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2021. He holds a PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), specializing in Civil Procedural Law, awarded with Distinction. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (candidate) in the same field.
He holds two Master’s Degrees of Specialization from AUTH, in Civil Procedural Law and in Cadastre Law, and is a graduate of the same Faculty of Law with a final grade of Distinction.
His research and scholarly work focuses on Civil Procedural Law, with particular emphasis on interim measures and cadastral disputes. He is the author of five legal monographs and numerous scholarly articles published in leading Greek and international law journals. As of the academic year 2025–2026, he will be teaching in the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Programme of Studies of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki entitled “Cadastre: Legal, Technical and Environmental Dimensions.”
He regularly participates as a speaker in conferences, workshops, and seminars in Greece and abroad, and maintains ongoing scholarly collaboration with the journal Epitheorisi Akineton (Real Estate Review) as well as other legal journals.
He has been awarded multiple scholarships and academic excellence awards, including those granted by the “Syn-Enosis” Foundation, the “Ioannis & Aikaterini Samaras Scholarships,” the “Lilian Voudouri” Foundation, and the “Georgios Varkas” Bequest.
