EXPERTISE

Grégoire Mangeat is a Founding Partner and Head of Litigation, Fraud & Investigation practice group of Mangeat Attorneys at Law LLC, and is active in both court litigation and international arbitration. His fields of activity cover all forms of commercial and private disputes.

He mostly specialises in white collar crime, international mutual legal assistance and asset-tracing, where he has extensive experience. He regularly assists and represents Swiss and foreign clients in complex, high-value, domestic and international legal proceedings, in particular with regard to international cases of corruption and money laundering. He is also active in the areas of insolvency law and sports law.

In March 2016, Grégoire Mangeat was elected Chairman of the Geneva Bar Association. Next to his legal practice, he gives lectures to the University of Geneva Bar School and publishes extensively on a range of legal topics.
