Rayan Houdrouge

Expertise
Rayan Houdrouge leads the Employment and Pensions practice group of Walder Wyss in Geneva. As an accredited labour law expert (SBA certificate), he advises and represents Swiss and multinational companies as well as international organizations on all employment law matters. He has an extensive experience in executive transfers, compensation packages, work regulations, internal audits and collective procedures such as business transfers and collective dismissals. Rayan Houdrouge is also an accredited social security expert (Swiss federal certificate) and regularly assists clients in matters related to social security and pension funds, including contentious aspects.

In Best Lawyers' Switzerland 2024 review, Rayan Houdrouge has been recognized as "Lawyer of the Year" for his work in Labor and Employment Law in Geneva.
