Curriculum
Graduated in 2014 from the University of Law of Valenciennes (now: “Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France”), Guillaume Murawa is specialised in contract law, business law litigation and railway transport law. He wrote a master’s thesis on the railway regulation modes of the EU Member States. He carried out student-jobs at the SNCF, then encountered problems of European law and of the law of the liability of the railway undertaking at the CFL (Luxembourg Railways) in Luxembourg. From 2017 to 2021, Guillaume worked in Paris as a litigation manager in wagons and locomotives leasing company, in charge of the legal, technical and financial monitoring of incidents, disputes, litigations in relation with railway undertakings, infrastructure managers, stakeholders, lawyers, technical experts, maintenance workshops and insurance companies. Since November 2021, he works as Legal Advisor in charge of rail freight, use of wagons and multimodality at the International Transport Committee (CIT) in Bern.
