Study of Law at the KFU in Graz with 1 year Erasmus stay in France and 1 month ELSA placement in Turkey as well as 1. part of study Europe, Language, Ecomonics (until 1998); Placement at court (until 2000); Postgraduate Study Master in Commercial Law at the Universities Glasgow and Strathclyde (joint degree) with a placement at the consultancy company James R. Knowles (until 2000); Project coach (next level) (until 2011); Mediation, since 2006 registered mediator (BMJ); PhD (Dissertation) at the KFU in Graz im public law (until 2018).

Trainee laywer at Wolf Theiss & Partner in Vienna (2001), Employee at the Steirische Wirtschaftsförderungsges.m.b.H. in Graz in the fields Controlling, Cluster & Netzworks, business parks (including management of such parks), national and international project management, HR, Compliance and Strategy (2001-2017); since 2013 lecturer at the FH JOANNEUM, since 2017 senior lecturer at the FH JOANNEUM.
